Terms Of Use
These terms govern use of the City Process Servers invoicing tool (the “Tool”), an internal program that creates unsent QuickBooks Online invoices from billing statement PDFs.
Who May Use It
Only City Process Servers and the people it authorizes. The Tool is not a public service, and no other company may connect its books to it.
What The Tool Does And Does Not Do
- It creates invoices in our QuickBooks Online company and attaches the matching statement PDF.
- It never sends invoices, collects payments, deletes records, or creates new customers.
- If it cannot match a statement to exactly one customer, it skips that statement for a person to handle.
Your Responsibilities
A person at City Process Servers reviews the results in QuickBooks Online before invoices are sent. We are responsible for confirming that each invoice is correct before it goes to a client.
Connection To QuickBooks Online
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms. We can disconnect the Tool at any time from our Intuit account.
No Warranty
The Tool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, neither City Process Servers nor the people who maintain the Tool are liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes And Governing Law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
