Privacy Policy
This policy explains how City Process Servers (“we”) handles information in the internal invoicing tool we use to prepare client invoices in QuickBooks Online. The tool is used only by City Process Servers staff and the people who set it up for us. It is not offered to the public.
What The Tool Does
Each month we receive billing statements as PDF files. The tool reads the client name, the statement date and the statement total from each PDF, finds the matching customer in our QuickBooks Online company, and creates one unsent invoice with the statement attached.
Information We Access
- Customer names and existing invoice records in our own QuickBooks Online company.
- The billing statement PDFs we choose to give the tool.
The tool does not collect payment card or bank details, and it does not access anyone’s account other than our own QuickBooks company.
How We Use It
We use this information only to create and attach our own invoices. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for advertising, or use it to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
Where It Is Stored
The tool runs on a computer controlled by us or our service provider. Connection credentials are kept in protected local files and are never published. Statement PDFs and the record of created invoices stay on that computer and in our QuickBooks company.
Sharing
We share information only with Intuit (through QuickBooks Online), with the service provider who maintains the tool for us, and where the law requires it.
Your Choices
You can disconnect the tool from QuickBooks Online at any time from your Intuit account settings, and access ends immediately. To ask about or delete information the tool has kept, contact us below.
